Celebrating Sheffield’s First Launchpad Pop-Up Store
We’re delighted to celebrate the successful delivery of Sheffield’s first Launchpad Pop-Up Store, a four-week initiative designed to support emerging makers and independent businesses during the festive season.
Running from 27 November to 20 December at 108 Pinstone Street, the store brought together a vibrant mix of early-stage creatives and independents. Shoppers discovered handmade gifts, sustainable products and one-of-a-kind items that showcased Sheffield’s creative talent.
Funded through the Launchpad Programme and supported by Sheffield BID, the project provided free, short-term retail space that enabled new makers to test products, meet customers, build confidence and gain valuable real-world trading experience. Across the duration of the pop-up, more than 27 Sheffield businesses took part.
A huge thank you to everyone who visited, shared the store with friends or made a purchase. Your support plays a vital role in helping early-stage entrepreneurs grow and thrive.
