Help to Grow Management Course

The Help to Grow: Management Course at Sheffield Hallam University is offering fully funded places to all YABA members to join their next cohort starting on Tuesday 11th March.

As a leader you’re often juggling an endless to-do list, from managing customer expectations to worrying about finances and keeping employees engaged. Finding time to work on your business, rather than just in it, can seem impossible.

With a 50-hour commitment over 12 weeks, the Help to Grow: Management Course makes it possible to balance working on the future of your business with existing work and personal responsibilities. The combination of online and face-to-face sessions enables efficient communication and reduces travel time, while still providing support from our experts and your fellow business leaders.

You’ll also receive access to 10 hours of 121 mentoring with a business expert to support you on your growth journey.

By signing up you’ll be joining over 10,000 business leaders that have accessed the course, with 91% of participants reporting improved leadership and management skills.

Kelvin Quick, owner of China Red and ALS Gongcha:

“After attending the Help to Grow: Management course, I’ve got more confidence to expand my brand.”
